Premier Automation — Case Study

How JC TEX went from zero international presence to active export outreach in weeks.

A 25-year textile manufacturer. Zero digital presence. A new market to crack.

01
The Client

JC TEX — 25 years of production. Zero international buyers.

JC TEX is a polyester fabric manufacturer based in Karachi with 25 years of production experience. They manufacture premium polyester fabric in bulk — chiffon to velvet, mesh to jersey — with over 17,000 fabric designs and full bulk capacity.

The business was profitable locally. But they had no way to reach international buyers. No digital presence. No export contacts. No outreach process. They had the product and the capacity. They did not have the pipeline.

The Goal

Enter international export markets.
Start with Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is one of the world's largest garment manufacturing hubs. The country imports raw materials including polyester fabric from suppliers across Asia. JC TEX had the right product for this market.

They needed a way to identify real buyers, reach the actual decision makers, and introduce themselves professionally. The goal was not mass emails. It was verified contacts, real companies, and personalised introductions that would be read.

03
What We Built

An AI research and outreach system that found real buyers and reached them personally.

The system began with research. AI identified and verified actual textile buying companies in Bangladesh — not generic databases but real operating businesses with active buying departments.

For each company the system found the correct department contacts and decision maker details — the actual people responsible for fabric procurement, not generic addresses.

Companies targeted included Dekko Group, Hameem Group, Pacific Blue Jeans, Square Group, Sparrow Group, and TMS Fashions — verified active importers of raw textile materials.

Each outreach email was personalised to the recipient — addressed by name, referencing the company specifically, and introducing JC TEX with the capabilities most relevant to that buyer.

This was not mail merge. Each email was researched and written with enough specificity that it read like a human had studied that company before writing it.

The emails introduced JC TEX as a Karachi-based supplier with 25 years of history, 17,000+ fabric designs, and capacity for bulk international orders.

The Result

30 verified decision makers reached. Active export pipeline established.

Thirty personalised outreach emails were sent to verified decision makers at major Bangladeshi garment manufacturers — each addressed by name to the correct person in the correct department.

JC TEX went from zero international presence to an active export pipeline with outreach running to some of Bangladesh's largest garment producers.

The system took weeks to research, build, and execute — not months. JC TEX is now positioned as an international supplier in a market they could not access before.
